1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During festive or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • All the orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days

2. Shipping Duration

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee may apply (visible at checkout).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be shown before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or from the link provided in the message.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, Femme Fits is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues

  • National holidays or government restrictions

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery) so our team can assist you.
We may request photos or supporting details for quicker resolution.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
